According to their website, the following states have CVS locations serving patients to get tested:

This is the current list as of today but they also state they are working to add sites as quickly as possible. If your state isn’t listed, then check back later.
There are several qualifying guideline for the testing and they are only allowing for drive-up patients only.
How it works
You will need to answer a few questions to see if you qualify for COVID-19 testing. Next you select a test site and available time. Don’t forget to bring proof of identity and in-state residence, as well as your test confirmation email or text message. Your test results are returned through the MyChart portal.
